Michelle: I'm very blessed to have two professions. I'm a flight attendant and a Holistic Health Coach, a Raw Foods Chef. I'm a graduate from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, and from The Raw Food Chef Russell James. Ive studied with world leaders in health and nutrition such as David Wolfe, Dean Ornish, Deepak Chopra, Anne-Marie Colbin, Andrew Weil, Paul Pitchford and Dr. Barry Sears. I have a deep passion in helping others to feel great and in reaching their goals in health and nutrition. I've also studied various dietary theories ranging from traditional and modern to eastern and western diets. Flying has helped me to connect with others from all over the world, understanding diffrent cultures and spiritual practice.
